The first stage of the Darmah design process is to listen carefully to the client's needs and wishes. Darmah Computer Services appreciate that a face-to-face consultation, although ideal, isn't always viable, and so for this reason they approach the situation with a flexible attitude. Darmah will endeavor to move their client's project along as quickly as possible so as to cause as little inconvenience as possible. If it is therefore a necessity to communicate by email and telephone, then Darmah will incorporate this modus operandi.

Standard design templates are vetoed in favour of building the site from scratch, thereby giving each and every client a unique website. Once consultations have given Darmah Computer Services a clear understanding of the client's requirements then the work begins and the developing website is regularly uploaded to a unique temporary server where the client can view the progress as frequently as they so wish, leaving them under no misapprehension of how the project is evolving. Should the client require artwork to be incorporated from their own library, this can be accommodated. Equally as easily, Darmah Computer Services can source appropriate artwork for inclusion into the site, although this may incur a small but additional licensing charge from the artwork owner. Spelling is never left to chance and is rigorously checked, with any trade or obscure spellings being clarified by the client, something that even some web development companies fail to do. Browser testing is again an area where some developers fall short. Once Darmah's client is totally happy with their site and it has been tested on at least six different web browsers (including: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Safari), then Darmah will rectify any late coding issues before the site is finally handed over or uploaded to the client's server.
